Abstract:

Aiming at the sludge floating phenomenon taken place in the sedimentation tank while the deinked stock wastewater is being treated，the factors， such as temperature，pH，toxic substrate，F/M，dissolved oxygen have been analyzed. It is concluded that the sludge will be lightened and broken by the excessive aeration，causing the sludge floating. Reducing the aeration rate，increasing nutrient salt dosage ratio，and other effective measures are proposed.

摘要：

针对脱墨浆造纸废水处理沉淀池发生污泥上浮现象,从温度、pH、致毒性底物、食微比、溶解氧等因素进行了分析,得出曝气量过大污泥会被打得又轻又碎,引起污泥上浮。提出了减小曝气量、增大营养盐投加比等有效的解决措施。
