摘要：

三角堰是目前普遍采用的集水出流构造,但实际运行中发现三角堰会受风波动从而影响出水的均匀性。降低堰上高液位处出流断面面积可缩小高低液位差之间的流量,提出了一种新型的可使堰上水面变化时出水更为均匀的菱形堰。为了说明菱形堰的出水均匀性优于三角堰,通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,菱形堰的Q_降/Q_升较三角堰的Q_降/Q_升更接近1;随着上升或下降水位的不断增大,菱形堰的流量差(Q_升-Q_降)增加趋势较三角堰流量差的增加趋势缓慢,比较后可以看出菱形堰的出水均匀性更优于三角堰,具有很好的经济实用性。

Abstract:

Nowadays,triangle weirs are generally used as the structure of water collecting outflows,but it was found in the actual operation that effluent uniformity of the triangle weir could be affected by wind fluctuations. Reducing the cross-section out-flow area at the high liquid level of the weir could decrease the flow rate difference between the high and low levels of liquid. A new type of diamond weir has been proposed,which can make the effluent more uniform while the water surface on the weir is changing. It is verified and illustrated through experiments that the effluent uniformity of the diamond weir is better than that of triangle weir. The experimental results show that Q_drop/Q_rise of the diamond weir is closer to 1,compared with Q_drop/Q_rise of triangle weir. With the continuous increase of rising or falling of water level,the difference of flow(Q_drop-Q_rise) increase trend of the diamond weir is slower than that of the triangle weir. It can be seen through comparison that the effluent uniformity of diamond weir is better than that of the triangle weir,having very good economic practicality.
